Bedding Dispensing System - SSP installs two "stand alone" bedding dispensing systems for a pharmaceutical company with two locations in Massachusetts. These systems are designed for those operations with a smaller work load than the larger, centralized cage washing operation found at some institutions. The customer is realizing many of the benefits of the full system: high accuracy bedding fills, robust and durable design, ergonomic improvements, the capability of dispensing all bedding materials, exceptional dust collection, and high through-put with a smaller initial investment. The customer also received a discount on their system by agreeing to use SSP bedding material through the system.

Bedding Dispensing System- Vanderbilt University is the first facility to purchase our new automated cage filling system. The system includes a bedding storage bin, a supply conveyor to the dispenser, a cage singulating conveyor and inverter, bedding dispenser and a cage stacking system.The system is extremely economical given the high throughput demands of nearly 3,000 cages per day.
Vanderbilt realized a considerable savings by agreeing to use our bedding material exclusively in the system.
