Mark joined the Shepherd family 2 years ago in Tennessee as the Plant Manager. Mark has been in the manufacturing industry since he graduated college. His role includes oversight of operations, lead and direct the workforce of employees, and developing manufacturing strategies, planning, cost reductions and future business planning. Mark has spearheaded many great projects in our manufacturing plant in Tennessee which has allowed us to increase production capacity. Mark has lived in Tennessee his whole life and loves spending time with his family. He and his wife have 3 sons and he loves supporting his family and their endeavors.
